pagi Khamis lepas ada sorang collegue tanya aku. “are you still blogging?”. aku serba salah nak jawab. memanglah berblog, tapi dah jarang-jarang
menulis. Pam kata dia masih ingat masa dia search
pasal satu restaurant dulu, my blog name came out in the search engine. that’s why she asked.
tak sangka pulak si Pam ni ingat lagi. aku sendiri pun dah lupa sebenarnya. hehe…
blog aku ni bukanlah pasal food review semata-mata. blog ni boleh dikatakan blog ‘rojak’. semua cerita aku blender sekali dalam blog
ni, terutama sekali yang berkaitan dengan family aku.

buat food review lagi. sekali tu je

tapi bukanlah betul-betul review pun, summary je. Pam thought I’m blogging about food only. anyway, since she really wants to help the seller, aku pun setuju lah. Pam siap bagi aku 2 pack untuk cuba. nampaknya kenalah exercise banyak-banyak nanti.

as you can see from the title, aku nak perkenalkan satu nasi
lemak ~ Adli’s Nasi Lemak. nasi lemak ni
sempoi je, macam nasi lemak yang lain-lain jugak. dah dibungkus siap-siap dengan harga RM1.30
sebungkus. cuma ia tak sepopular ataupun belum fofular macam
Nasi Lemak Tanglin ataupun Nasi Lemak Cikgu.
but that doesn’t mean when I do this post, Adli’s Nasi Lemak
will become well-known in a night. agak-agaklah
kan. blog aku ni suam-suam kuku je. lagi pun, bilangan follower boleh dikira sebelah
jari je. tapi sekurang-kurangnya usaha murni Pam yang nak menolong Adli ni harap-harap akan membuahkan sedikit hasil, in shaa
Allah. yang penting ~ niat. so back to Adli’s Nasi Lemak.
nasinya tak terlalu lemak, tapi taklah terlalu tawar. aku pernah rasa nasi lemak yang tawar, dah
rasa macam makan nasi putih je. nasi
lemak ni dialas dengan daun pisang untuk aroma yang wangi sebelum dibungkus
dengan brown paper.
kat dalam dia ada telur rebus, ikan bilis & kacang tanah serta sambal. aku suka sambal dia. sambal dia manis, tapi pedas. according to Pam who interviewed Adli, the sambal is his recipe which took him almost one year to get the right taste. fuyoo! sabar sungguh tu!
and the best part is, “sambal 12 jam” can really last till night. Pam dah cuba. she took it home, microwaved it for 1 minute and ate it around 9.00 pm. it was good and tasted the same as morning. she added, probably that’s the reason Adli doesn’t add cucumber. dan aku pun dah cuba (^_^)

speaking of that, aku pernah makan nasi lemak terlewat waktu. nasi rasa macam nak basi, padahal masa tu
baru pukul 4.00 pm. so kepada sesapa
