CIB Team Building ~ part II

as you can see, below were my group members during the team building programme.  walaupun most of us baru first time jumpa, tapi kepala memasing ok.  gila-gila jugak, so kira boleh join the group lah.

memula tu memanglah segan.  shy-shy cat lah katakan.  yang lelaki control macho.  konon!  dah lama-lama, baru lah nampak taringnya.  hu..hu..!

the next morning, our first module was conducted by Farha.  here we had to give name to the group, design a flag, create a slogan & the team cheer.  so 'Greenlicious' was our group's name and our flag as in the photo.  slogan pulak ~ "Save Earth, Save The Green".  bila dah siap semua, each of the team had to present in the front of the crowd.  memang gamat dan meriah!

lepas tu ada Jai-Ho competition pulak.  steps were provided and each team had to present the dance in front of the crowd again.  aku asyik lah terlupa steps, so nak capture gambar lagi lah lupa.  so takde gambar menari jai-ho ok.

after that, Noreen talked about branding.  when she touched about self-believe, we were showed a video of the astounding Nick Vujicic.  that guy really made me tersentuh sangat-sangat.  adalah 5-6 titis airmata yang keluar.  aku tak tau lah siapa lagi yang menangis, tapi yang pasti bukan aku seorang.  you may find stories about him in the internet, so sila lah google ya.

second module was conducted by Noreen.  she talked about perception and interpersonal skills.  masa ni ada satu activity yang dipanggil "The Enemy Within".  yang ni agak menarik sebab kita kena identify people whom could be the saboteurs in our team.  sebenarnya takde sesapa pun yang sabotaj.  ini sebagai latihan supaya in future kita jangan senang-senang je nak tuduh atau syak pada seseorang.

lepas tea-break, kami diberi masa untuk practice for dinner presentation.  masa briefing the night before, each team was given a task.  since the dinner theme was 'Rock On', we were given a rock song and to present it on our own creativity.  suka-suki hati kitaorang lah nak buat macam mana ~ nak menyanyi, miming, menari, tergolek, terlentang, whatever!

apa lagu yang kitaorang dapat?  macam mana kitaorang perform?  tunggu...!
